March – June 2022 cycle
Creative perspectives for reimagining mobility, borders, and otherness
The 5 seminars aim to explore, in an inter- and transdisciplinary manner, the plurality of approaches, methodologies, and gazes, through which it is possible to analyze and trigger processes of transformation on today’s key issues: social imaginaries, care and political bodies, s/confinements, identities, mappings.
With a specific focus on creative methodologies, the seminars offer an approach that crosses theoretical knowledge and plural practices aimed at decentralizing perspective (academic and otherwise) on the complexity of diversity in a world on the move.
We wish to create a space for dialogue and inter/action in which each person can question themselves, taking the risk and responsibility to change the way knowledge is produced, disseminated and transmitted.
The first four seminars will be held in presence in Aula Ardigò at the Department of Sociology and Economic Law (University of Bologna, Strada maggiore 45 – Bologna). The fifth will take place at the Margherita Gardens Greenhouses.
It will be possible to follow the seminars online via Facebook and Youtube.
Registration is required to attend in person (the link to the registration form is activated two weeks before the event).
